Facilities include - 814 beds all with their own ensuite shower rooms. Arranged as either studios, where you have your own bed, desk, and kitchen, or cluster flats where you have your own bed, and desk, but the kitchen and sitting room facilities are shared with your fellow students.

 

These cluster flats are similar to living in your own house with your friends – you have the privacy of your own bedroom but you share the kitchen and sitting room with your flatmates. These come in various sizes ranging from 6 to 12 beds.  Some flats are arranged over two floors, giving a real sense of home. An added bonus of these kitchens is that every resident has their own lockable fridge, so no fridge raiding!

The building has 24/7 security 365 days of the year, plus several staff on site during the day to enhance your experience. There is a property manager and an assistant property manager who are both there to make sure your time in the building is as nice as possible. If you want to know where the best bars and clubs are, or just need some help on getting around the City, they’re there to help.

 

There is also an in-house maintenance person, ready to fix any problems that you may encounter. No waiting for your landlord to fix the leaky shower!

 

Mental wellbeing is important – if you feel you need support, we have a trained in-house member of staff for you to talk to.

Prices vary depending on the size of the room, studios being the more expensive as they are the largest. The higher you go in the building, expect a very small increase in the price but the views are worth it! From £190 per week, all inclusive.
